Louisiana Department of Social Services selects the pCom™ 300Powered Communications Trailer for Emergency Response

The pCom™ 300 is the latest solution in Squire Tech’s line of mobile response and business continuity offerings which include Mobile Response Network Services and Mobile Response Vehicle Communications Packages.

The State of Louisiana has initially awarded the order of two pCom 300 systems to implement into its DSS emergency response tactical plan. The immediate needs that the system will help fulfill are;  the establishment of communications to the shelters and Parish Pickup Points (PPP) during an evacuation, provide communications restoral for DSS offices experiencing outage during or after an event, reestablishing power and communications to critical POP (Point of Presence) sites, and establishing required voice, fax, and data communications links to Disaster Foods Stamp temporary locations .
