In the event a client terminates within 30 days from initial activation of services, Squire Tech Solutions will refund the cost of the purchase price of the equipment less a 15% restock fee and release client from service contract term. Client must have submitted a trouble ticket, and Squire Tech Solutions must have not been able to meet its stated Service Level Agreement for the services purchased. Client must not be in violation of the services Terms and Conditions for a specific service when submitting trouble ticket to return equipment under the guarantee.Refund will be provided once equipment has been returned to Squire Tech Solutions in like new condition. De-installation and return shipping charges may apply if client requires Squire Tech or a third party hired by Squire Tech to remove the equipment. No refunds are available for original installation and shipping charges. Squire Tech Solution’s services utilize TCP Accelerated processes powered by iDirect Technologies. TCP Accelerated technology is impacted by IPSec VPN applications over a satellite link and is not grounds for return of equipment and cancellation of service contract for Squire Tech Solutions services. If IPSec VPN applications are required, Squire Tech Solutions does offer a Teleport Hosting Service where the customer may collocate an IPSec VPN Appliance at the teleport to provide a secure link. Fees may apply to this collocation service offering.
